‘One Night Stand’・Sas and Yosh Exhibition & Party, London, 1oth May2018.
Including an inspiring and insightful panel talk about ‘Creativity and design’ with the wonders that are Gemma (Muthahood) and Ali Mapeltoft (Age of Reasons Studio) Hosted by Anniki Sommerville (Selfish Mother) .
And on the way home last night after our event feeling ridiculously happy and full of cocktails and fabulous conversation. I started thinking about how we had got to this place. Where our little brand was having and event and doing grown up brand things!
And it all started last summer….when I decided it was about time that I got off these squares and my phone, and went out into the world to start actually meeting some of the people I’d been following and talking to from the comfort of my studio.
I wanted to actually meet these women whose lives I was following, to forge some real friendships, to make connections, to talk collabs and make plans with like minded people.
But mainly to get of my phone and out into the real world.
Ten months later…..
and last night we gathered together a fabulous inspiring and downright gorgeous group of the wonderful humans we have met off and on the squares since last summer.
And spent an incredible night talking, laughing and drinking TOGETHER.
We feel so thankful to be part of such an amazing community of people and still can’t believe how lucky we are to have our lives enriched by so many new friends.
It’s proof that Instagram really can be an inspiring and genuine place for people to come together and form real relationships.
And that’s a fabulous thing!
Thanks to the talented Stephanie Wolff for capturing the nights shenanigans in epic photos!
