Delivery Policy :

Generally all Sas and Yosh items are sent within 2 business days after payment is received providing they are in stock.

If there is any change about shipping time, we clearly note that on each item’s page. Any bespoke items ordered may take longer.

Items sent within the UK will be sent via Hermes or Royal Mail Signed For.  For items to be sent out of the UK please contact the seller for details. Estimated delivery up to 2 weeks depending on seasons or destination.

International shipments will be sent out via Carrier that provides detailed tracking services or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Customers are responsible for any and all duties / taxes and customs charges that may be incurred.

Please be aware of potential customs or VAT fees you may incur if ordering from abroad. These fees are the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY ONLY.

Bespoke orders are on a individual basis and will be worked out ahead of purchase. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.

Refund Policy :

You have 28 days from receipt of cancellable goods to notify us if you wish to cancel or exchange an item.

Please note – goods that are personalised, bespoke or made to order to your specific requirements (includes items sold by metre) are non refundable.

Important – Wallpaper can only be returned if it is still in its original sealed packaging.

Should you wish to return or exchange your order you will need to deliver the item(s) to the UK, where this seller is based.
